Kindly note that smt. Banya Deb had purchased SANSUI 43F624DAFL LED set From M/S Great Eastern Trading Co Dalhousie Branch at Kolkata Vide invoice NoW1124/1819/05400 dt 04/07/18 with full consideration price. The TV went blank with no sound and no picture. She complained to the service Centre on 19/09/18 ref no. KOL1909180010 and again on 10.09.18 to with no fruitful result. One mechanic came earlier and declared it dead and advised to contact the support team. She now demands the return of full consideration money of Rs 25000/- and compensation of 10 lacs as there is deficiency of service frim the Company” side. Hi Team,
I have purchased Sansui LED SNP-40F618 from Sargam Electronics on 17th Oct’17.
Now from last 3 months only half screen is showing. On 30th Aug’18 , engineer came and he said it will take maximum 15 days to replace the part. But till now no one shown up.
I have called customer care but they said they cannt help it. Its been almost 3 months i am chasing Sansui team, custimer care , Azruddin, but no one is helping.
It’s been abad experience so far , please dont make it worst.
Please help as it doesnot feel good to invest money and do not get the expected things.
I am a fool to opt for extended warranty , and hence i am depend on you guys to please do the required things and let the TV work.
Hope to get a reply atleast from here.

I purchased a led tv model no. Sansui led sjx-40 fb-11xkf lge 0053 from sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd. P20, sector 18 atta market noida u. P on 22.10.2015 with reliance on company product but i am sorry to inform you that i am very much disappointed with product and the response from the customer care. Now the tv is not in operation because of half display screen, i have lodge number GHA3108180037. dated 02.09.2018 Till now the problem is not solved. On every occasion when i call the representative they use to say item for repair is not available, it will come from aurangabad.in this regard once again i request you to do the needful at your end

Dear Sansui Support team & Post Sale Service Team,
This is regret to inform you that my Semi Automatic Machine, Make – Sansui, which is under warranty as per attached invoice is in faulty condition since 20th april, 2018 & till date i am wandering here and there for solution at various level with the Service team as per below casted scenario in detail :
The said breakdown complaint was lodge by me at 22.04.2018 with Complaint No. LUC2204180026, which is closed by so called Service Center without any information to me. Pls note, am only got to know about closure of the complaint when i called up to customer care after a week time for any technician visit.
Alright, Again a complaint was lodge by me at 30.04.2018 with Complaint No. LUC3004180147, which is closed by so called Service Center without resolution of problem on 6th May 2018. Pls note, am only got to know about closure of the complaint when i called up to customer care on for technician visit after having words with numerous peoples at various level.
After Speaking with Branch manager (Mr. Saurabh Ojha : +91-7055704616) and with his intervention, Your Basti Area representative (Manish: +91-9792004885) given me assurance to arrange the visit of technician and get it repaired within a week time. After few days on 22nd May a technician (Mr. Irfan : +91-9519507108) has visited my place with wrong part and assured to us that he will be back with correct part very soon. while at later days it comes to know, he left the job and ask us to contact again with Manish/ Saurabh.
This is really pathetic situation , Manish is continuously showing reluctance for unavailability of faulty part since a Month time. really surprised to have a experience, how service center can close the call without actual solution of the problem, that too when customer has not given the SCODE against the closed call ?
Tried Multiple time to speak with Area Manager (Mr. S K Mishra : +91-7055704603) toady, but unfortunately he hadn’t respond with picking up the call.
I must say, this is really a weird post sale service given to its customers by Sansui. However it will be reflect to their future market values soon. Again with Customer care representative’s suggestion again a complaint was lodge by me at 03.06.2018 with Complaint No. LUC0306180027.
This is really a serious joke with the system, if a customer is registering compliant 3rd time for the same case without no solution from service team.
Since this is daily basis used appliance with family, Once again it is requested to look into matter very seriously and solve the persisting Washing Machine problem immediately without further delay.
