Dear Sir/Madam,
I have registered a complaint for my Sansui 40 inch Led Television for a display problem on 11/08/2018 with a complaint number AHMI407180079 but till date I have not received any response from your Company or service department end. The product is covered with 1 years warranty it was bought from Mayur Home Appliances Vadodara on 30-08-2017.
Led TV display not working from 11/8/2018. Complaint given on Same Day But till date Not even replaced.
Sansui company this much lagging to solve customer problem? Then who will buy sansui products here after who will recommend you can buy Sansui product, how will grow company, how will take the profit.
We spent 28, 000.00 Inr for this LED TV. But we cannot use, please replace as soon as possible.
We would like to send back the TV and have our money back as 1. Quality of LED TV is very poor; it stopped working in 11 months 2. Support team not resolving the issue and not paying any heed to the consumers. 3. Continuous waiting.

My 40″ Sansui LED TV . Ihave registered complaint with service centre on 22.07.2018. Service engineer visited my house on 24.07.2018 and told that they don’t have part right now and it will take 10-15 days for rectifying the defect. But till date matter has not been resolved. I would like to bring to your notice the harassment caused to me by your service center and your customer care people.I have Sansui LED TV of 40 inches. On 5th July,2018 I had registered a complain in your customer care number and in response to that on 6th July,2018 an engineer visited my house and checked the television. He said that TV has an issue of Backlite and need to be replaced. For that they need to take TV to their nearby service center which is hardly 700-800 meters from my house. For that they demanded a transport charges of 620/- in addition to 950/- visiting charges. My TV is under extended warranty. I had purchased this Television on 29th Oct,2016 from M/s. Fair Trading Company – Bhandup. I was offered 1 Year comprehensive + 4 Years Extended warranty on this product. Now since your service center was nearby to my house so I paid only 950/- visiting charge to your engineer and told him that I will come and give you my Tv at your service center as to charges a tempo charges of 620/- for merely 700-800 meters distance is stupidity.
On same day of 6th July,2018 I visited your service center located in Dreams Mall – Bhandup West, Mumbai – 78 and gave my tv in proper condition to your technician. In return I should have received Job sheet for the same which he didn’t gave me. When I insisted then he gave me a note on piece of paper. Then I called them up of 10th July to know the status of my TV. I was being informed that by 13th July,2018 you can come and collect your tv, by that time it will be done. On 12th July,2018 I got a call from your service centre saying me that display panel is damaged and for that he said me expense of 16000/- . When I submitted my tv it was in proper condition and it is duty of your technician to check the product before accepting and they have to give job sheet to customer about the condition in which tv is received. After 6days of submission I am being told that tv was damaged earlier only then what is the meaning of this. It may would have damaged in your service center and now they are blaming me.
Since then I am constantly calling you customer care number and from their they gave me number of Mr. Shamsuddin(8422847734) who’s number is switched off all the time. Then I was given number of Mr. Nandkishor(7039041236). But this guy is not at all willing to take any calls. I am calling him since 2days but he is not bothering to take my calls. Then again I called up your customer care number and I was being told that you will receive call back from our back-end team within 24 hours. No call was received by me. Again I complained for the same thing and again I was told that you will receive a call within 24 Hours but again I didn’t received any call from your side.
Now finally I am writing this email to you hoping that you will resolve my problem. If not then as a last option I will have to file a complain in consumer forum. I faced similar problem last year also when I had issue with one part of your tv and it took almost more than 1 month to solve my issues. At that time my product was under 1 year warranty. Your product and services are just pathetic.

Myself Neelam Tiwari I have purchased sansui TV 40inch from Digi 1 in the month of march 2018 but unfortunately TV motherboard is not working it has get dead and after complaining in Digi 1 they have lodged complain but still the TV has not get repaired.
Digi1 people are telling that parts Nikal Gaya hai Noida se it will reach within 2days but still the TV has not get repaired.
Digi1 showroom people are doing harassment from may onwards and know half the July month has gone but the condition is same as usual what to do they are not guiding for that also.

I don’t find any words to describe the harassment done by Sansui customer care centre Kolhapur. We have
purchased Sansui LED TV on 30th June 2017, whose sticker is herewith attached. On 26th February 2018,
the screen failed to display. There was a red coloured horizontal line on the screen and the screen
turned black. This complaint was telephonically reported to Heda Enterprises, Bindu Chawk Kolhapur from
where we purchased the television.
I received the message on my mobile which is as follows:

Mr. Deepak, a technician from Sansui customer care Kolhapur, attended the complaint physically on 1st
March 2018 and took the snap of the sticker as well as televesion.
Mr. Deepak told me that there is a problem of display panel which will be replaced by new one within a
week. Even after fifteen days, the panel was not replaced. He and his team Mr. Ajit Jadhav were always
telling lie. Panel will reach to his office from Ichalkaranji depot. Then he further told after a week
that, there is shortage of panel. It will be made available from Aurangabad. First it will reach to
Pune and then to Kolhapur. This story telling was continued till the first week of April 2018.
Again Mr. Deepak called me and told that your television will be replaced by new one. he wants to take
a snap of TV and the sticker. Again he visited my home.
Since then, till today Mr. Deepak and Mr. Ajit Jadhav are harassing me by neither replacing the panel
nor the television. Every time Mr. Deepak was telling me to contact Mr. Ajit Jadhav. The latter was
assuring me that, this monday any how you will get the replacement of the TV. This drama is going on
since last three mondays. But the dead TV is not replaced.
I again request you to resolve the issue at the earliest, otherwise I will go in the consumer court.
Kindly do the needful on priority basis.

I wish to inform you that I had purchased a SANSUI LED 50″SKW50FH16/24
from Digi 1 Amboli Naka, Andheri West branch, on 30.04.2017.
After a few days, there was a red patch noticed on the panel of the
T.V. I tried contacting Digi 1 service Center to raise the complaint,
but could not get through for many days neither they contacted me
having noted my telephone no, as per their call recording.
One day my call got through & filed my compained. After 12 or 3
reminders again their technician came & inspected the TV, taken
snapshot of the TV panel & informed me that h they will forward the
complained to SANSUI, as there is a manufacturing defect & the Company
will replace it.
It has been a month now & we have not received any response from
Digi1 neither from SANSUI..
Please look into the matter Urgently & arrange for replacement or else
I will be compelled to take different step.

Dear Sir / Madam , This is for your Kind Information that I did Purchase SANSUI LCD TV on 29/10/2010 In ranchi later on in 07/ 2012 suddenly One Noice use to Come from Back panel of LCD . I have approached Service Station for the same and then your Engineer came to see the defects , At first time he charged me Rs 200 for Home Visit and again he charged me 200 Rs from second home Visit . He replaced the part costing Rs 3800 & even the payment has been made for that part. Later on just after 3 months that part again got Defected & now Service engineer is saying that I will have to pay Rs 3800 again for that part. From last 3 Months my LCD is not in working condition. Initially when I did ask for Service then they told me that part warranty is only for 2 months (but they haven’t provided me warranty card) for the replaced part. As a customer I have right to ask for the part replaced but no one bothered. Company is paying huge in Brand endorsement but as far as the Customer Service is concern it is really pathetic. Customer care use to close the Service Request without talking to Customer that he is satisfied or not.
I am planning to put the matter in consumer court as this is cheating with the Customer.
Hoping that you will provide me Proper response as I have been already send the Complaint to your Registered office / Zonal Office / Head office .

i bought a 32 ” Sansui Lcd tv from Vinal Trading, Bhavnagar (Gujarat) on 25-10-2010. after very short period same tv stoped functioning and i placed it in Sansui service centre Bhavnagar for the repairing. I got it back after long time. they said my tv was repared, but there was a defect, when ever i start my TV set i heard unexpected noise in the Speakers, mean the tv set was not repaired properley. then after few months the tv set was stoped to working again and i placed it in the service centre on 15-7-2011. but till date my tv is not repared . I called many times to service centre and the consumer care centre every time they ask my complain no. but then nothing is happen yet.then the responsible persons of the service station started cutting my my phone or did not

We have recently renewed the service contract for our Sansui Color Tv on 15/04/2011. On 24 th June 2011,we had launched / registered the complaint on 18004194040 number regarding the display card of the same. Sansui customer service assures addressing the issue withing 48 hours. But it looks like these people needs to get training on counting hours and putting customer at first place as till date we havent received any update from these customer care centres. Being the customers we have to keep calling and requesting for service for which we have paid for and still no responce from them. The height of the avoiding the irate customer calling I received the feedback from one of the Sr. Customer care agent ( Nikhil) on 06th July 2011 that the technician had already visited your ( our/ customers) house and they are completely satisfied with the service and which means the complaint was addressed and solved satisfyingly.
So ashamed of having such customer care in out country where people straight away lie to hide their inefficiency. But the agent forgot that the customers also know that they have to sign the acknowledgement from the technician addressing their issue. Moreover getting the same old assurance from the customer care agents of `sorry for your inconvenience but we will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible’. SOON dont think these people know the meaning of that. I just want the services that I have paid for and not the fake assurances.

I bought my lcd television on 15.09.2009. unfortunately some problem occured in warranty period. but it recovered within two days . so we didnot report on that day.the same problem occured after the one month.that time warranty period was over. i reported the complaint to the customer care.so they sent technician and repaired it & it became ok only for five days. i paid rupees one thousand and one hundred as service charge to them. the same complaint occured after five days.i reported to the customer care .they took away the lcd set to their customer service centre.that tv set has not been repaired since 25.10.2010. so i kindly request you to repair itn immediately or replace it. hoping to get favourable reply .

Yes, I am totally agree with the above comments as I am also going through the same problem for the last four months. The Sansui service centre(naveen park, sahibabad,gzb.) engineer named Bhimpaul took the chesis to his cervice centre for some repair and cheking but not returned yet and while calling he does not answering the call.
Well I have gone through the comments above and fully agree with the comments .I am also going through the similar experience for my Sansui 29 inch telivision set. Of course in my case after complaining to the customer care nos. the mechanics came but just to add to our woos by furtyher complicating the problems. I have already paid approx. 2000 to pearl home care and now but the problem is not solved yet and now they are saying that picture tube needs to be changed.We agreed to this also but we are awaiting their blessings as this so called Dabba is just resting in my Drwaing room since last one and a half month to be given some life by Sansui representatives. I too repent why iI bought this product in exchange for my running 21 inch Onida set., Which I used for more than 22 years with out any problems. My children wanted big TV so they went for this and now they say Pap our old T.V set was much much better then this . It never us any trouble.
Thanks Sansui for all these troubles and thanks our system for loopholes to harrass the poor customers who have to be on the mercy of these companies as they can not afford to go on lenthy dates for justice.
I am very sorry to post this mail here. But I have absolutely no other option left. When I exhausted all my options, & there is absolutely no response from Sansui India, I was left with only one option to highlight Quality & Service of Sansui India to International customers. Since Legal system in India is full of impediments & it takes years & years to get justice, I am having this last hope that Sansui India will replace(since they cant repair) my CTV during Guarantee period after going thru this post.
I spent 3000 bucks to buy this product &spent more 3000 bucks on phone calls & correspondence during last 10 months. Now they are waiting for my Guaranty/Warranty period to expire, thereafter they are not liable to repair or replace my faulty product. Here is my Nightmare experience. I hope members of this forum will understand my sentiments, the agony & pain I have undergone during last 10 months.
Here I am going to narrate nightmare experience. I purchased Sansui CTV…Model..Viva 14..in December 2009. Everybody advised me not to opt for Sansui
saying that they were selling substandard “Dabba” TVs in India. They had worst reputation in TV market. But I thought many-times Rivals defame some good
companies. But I am repenting for that day when I spent 3000 to buy this “Dabba” Had I heeded their advise, I wouldn’t have undergone tremendous Mental Agony & pain which I had to undergo during last 7 months.
This is a Classic Case of “Cheat & Loot”. My TV immediately after buying gone blank, but since I had gone out of station & my family members didn’t know where to lodge the complaint, they kept on using that TV for next 2 months. If it was Switched on & kept On for say 15 minutes to 2 hours, It would start displaying picture. Since I had already 2 Big TVs in my home, my family members too didn’t bothered to lodge the complaint. While buying Sansui Viva14 I had decided to replace my other 2 old TVs with Sansui only, since they are cheaper(than other companies), its Japanese company etc. But soon I realised why
they are selling TVs at cheaper rates.
When I returned home, & came to know about the matter,I contacted shopkeeper, since Receipt given by Shopkeeper itself was Guarantee card, & there was nowhere Sansui no. mentioned Shopkeeper gave me mobile no. of somebody called Nilesh Gada. He experimented, did “Trial & error”method for 2 months & when got tired, gave me Phone no. of sansui Call Centre. Now let me mention here that these Call/Contact/Customer Centres are no more than Harassment/torture Centres opened by Companies in modern world. Because my experience is that nobody gets satisfactory answers; on the other hand one is subjected to torture with standard replies like “We are sorry”, “We are doing our best”,”Our technician will reach your house today”, “Sorry we are not authorised to connect your call to any higher authorities or supervisor or we cant give company’s postal address as ours is only Customer care Centre”, even if you keep calling daily for months or years.
Later I came to know that Mr. Nilesh Gada was employee of some company called “Take Care”. And soon I understood that Sansui people are so clever that
they have entrusted Service work to third party Company like “Take Care” so that they dont have to face wrath of customers’ anger. After spending my precious
time & money on calling Call center daily for 1 and half months, they felt sorry for my condition & at last gave me No. of “Take Care”. Again I started calling, I was promised to get my TV repair within 1 or 2 days every time I called & after few days, they started cutting my calls.
So Sansui people gave me no. of their(Take care) in charge called Mr. Dhananjay Chachad. For first few days he too promised to repair my TV within 1 or 2 days. But when 15 days passed, he also saved my no.s in his mobile & started rejecting/disconnecting my calls. So again I called Sansui Call Centre, they gave me mobile no. of Shekhar, who was boss of Chachad, I was told. But by that time all phone no.s of “Take Care” had stored/saved all my Cell no.s & landline no. So Shekhar didnt take my call even once till date. For few days, I kept calling all no.s of Take Care, but when I was convinced that they were not taking my calls deliberately, I got angry(I cant express my anger in words).
So I called Call Centre & told them about their behaviour. I was shocked to know that my complaint was shown as “resolved” in their register on 12th August, when I asked how could they resolve my complaint without attending it? And whether they had received any written form with my signature that my complaint was resolved? Call centre executive couldnt answer my query! On that one Mr. Rakesh gave me no. 53030 & asked me to SMS that no. & said that I would receive a call from Sansui within 2 hours. What I received immediately was one “Thank you” message & I am still waiting for their call.
So from next day, again I started calling Take care no.s day & Night, one fine early morning Chachad mistakenly took my call & I narrated the matter. On that he said he would send a person immediately at any cost. Since I had urgent work, I told this matter to my wife before leaving home. One Mr. Rajendra Mondkar visited my house & removed entire circuit & left. When my wife objected, he told her that his boss had spoken with her husband. Now the feeling I have is similar to some lady who has been ***** by somebody & she is holding his baby in her hands.
When I told this matter to shopkeeper & asked him to replace this “Dabba” with some other company’s TV, I was ready to pay even more. He told me that it
was matter I had to sort out with sansui, he couldnt help me & couldnt exchange any goods once sold.
Just now when I visited Sansui Website, I found their slogan “Born in Japan, entertaining India”. How I wish I could change that to “Born in Japan, cheating
India” or “Born in Japan, successfully cheating & looting Indians for many years”. Now I sincerely appeal to all Indians not to go for Sansui TV even if
it is available at free of cost. Since I spent 3000 for TV & more than 2000 for phone calls in addition to Mental agony & pain which cant be described in words.
I dont remember whether I was given any complaint no. Because in all this agony, I completely forgotten. Moreover everytime Call centre Executives used
to aks for my cell no. to retrieve my name, address, complaint details etc. If there was any complaint no. it should be 1000426527. Just now when I visited Sansui Website I came to know that their Service agents are not “Take Care” but “Servicedelight.com”. So I was intentionally given wrong information by Servicedlight technicians/employees, inorder to malign image of some other company.
