I retired from SBI, invested in Mutual Fund by visiting personally to SBI Mutual Fund office at Noida, contacted Office Incharge on one occassion and again met counter staff and on their suggession invested in Blue Chip & Balance fund Folio No. 16534947 & 16534948. There was no any kind of distributor/middle man, yet commission is being paid. I recently examined consolidated statement issued and shocked to see a hefty amount of more that 10000/- is being deducted as commission in every quarter/month My investment was 500000 + 500000 .
Similar investment was made in HDFC mutual fund and ICICI Prudential by visiting their office but there is no deduction as such. They invested in direct plan but person sitting on the counter SBIMF invested in regular plan without my knowledge. Please examine the issue and refund me amount so deducted. Also arrange to advise me name address and other detail of the middle man/distributor. It is a serious matter to be investigated otherwise FIR will be lodged

and i operate online as per their requirement i submitted the Kyc form but still bank is asking for fyc form when i tried to contact the bank one other number is geven then after calling this number gave me other number to discuss my problem.
so my experienc is that better to work with private bank where every problem is solved with in one minutes
Thea waste people sitting in bank doing nothing just after getting business then they pass the buck and customer are getting harrashmenet . My oher friend dont do the business with these govt bank where no prompt service is given

My name is Alpesh Desai from Mumbai, my Folio No:70465384. I have given for redemption on 4th December 2012 in Borivali branch. After doing all the formalities of paper work it was assured to me that fund will be deposited in my account on 7th December 2012 but till time they didn’t have any clue of the same when I have inquiered on telephone.
Is this way SBI the leading branch of India works? Can any one will be able to give some concrete reply.

I had purchased SBI Tax advantage fund Series I(G) in the year 2008 (application Number TA9394634 and enclosed with a cheque No: 857984 dated 8th March’2008, amount Rs 34000/-).
Due to some urgent matter I had to leave country for a duration of 1.5 yrs. Therefore I was not at my residence when papers regarding the SBI fund would have reached my residence.
As of present I have no information with regard to what happened or how can I request resending the necessary papers. Kindly guide
