• Warranty for all models of televisions is provided with 12 months from date on which the product is purchased.
• Limited Warranty is applicable to only end user and is not transferable.
• Claims after 12 months of purchase are not valid for warranty.
• Limited warranty does not cover general cleaning and replacement of consumables.
• If your product is affected with normal wear and tear of products including all plastic surfaces, then warranty is not applicable.
• If products serial number has been removed, erased, defaced or altered, then warranty is not applicable.
• Products shall be replaced under only abnormal conditions and if it is replaced, then the defective parts become the property of the company.
