But they close my complaint without any resolution.
It’s very worst experience with snap deal.

Today I have received one courier by your courier service.. But the courier person give us a box that was empty… Someone already removed my product..

Hi sir my brother has purchase 2 watch from sanp deal
1 is edice casio brom EFR-539 leather brown order id 24019844303
And another one is EFR-539l7cvudf blue order id 24071970592
He has return both watch 1 is brown other 1 is blue.
But he got refund for only for brown watch for the blue one its showing refund has been cancelled parcel dind reveived we have to submit my refund receip.
Both watch has pickup by different courier and both give me the refund received for same watch how is it possible, both return receipt give me is same it mens they are making fool to people.
Now i neend my money back for my blue watch i have all call recoding for both courier person.
1 is from shadowfax
Another one is from ecom express i think.
Just let me know how will i get my one watch money back as soon as possible other i have to take some strick action.

This is regarding my Fastrack watch order not delivered, it was supposed to be delivered on on 25th Oct , but it is yet not delivered and status in app showing delivered .order-29220367952. I had made complaint with you guys but no one has called me. This is very disappointing and frustrating also. You guys are taking it very lightly. You want me to post this fraud on social media. Please let me know.
