I have purchased SONI-EXPERIA-TIPO-ST21i,IMEI No.353809057955004,on dt.18-09-2012 to till date this handset harassed & troublesome to me.There is audio problem,that is faced by your service center man also.The audio jack changed,My vodafone SIM changed,Mother Board changed,Even the problem of audio is there in same pattern.This my challenge to test my handset at my work place by receiving call from out side ,and calling out sider and speaker should be on.Plschange other product at your earliest,without waiting completion of warranty period.

I purchased Sony Xperia Tipo Single SIM some 3 months back. Within 1.5 months, the phone started showing echo issues. The other party hears an echo and there is also loss in voice quality.
I submitted the phone to the authorized Sony Service center. After repairing the phone, the problem came back within 24 hours. So I gave the phone again to the service center and yet the problem recurred. Since the same problem recurred, I contacted Sony Customer Care asking for a replacement and they FLATLY REFUSED to replace the device and just ‘apologized’.
I am now proceeding with a consumer court complaint for selling defective product and bad service as well as causing associated expenses and harassment.
I would also like all readers to know that when I went to the customer service center the first time, for Tipo alone, there were two more customers facing problems. One elderly person was there and said he was facing some motherboard issue just one month after purchase. Another young guy said he had touchscreen problems. When I went there to collect the phone, there were people facing issues with other models, and it was not the first time they had visited the store.
When I went the second time to collect the phone also, there was yet a person who had come there many times already.
It is quite clear that Sony is not paying attention to testing properly what they have developed. It does not even look like this is even their playground. It is easy to make a little money by selling customers bad products, but I am surprised they are even getting away with it. Particularly for Tipo, you might want to check out the web with the kind of problems people have faced. The mic problem is definitely a very standard one.
Sony has obviously shown very low levels of professionalism in my case at least, very unlike their reputation of others electronic goods. It does not seem they are interested in retaining customers. I am surprised they have even got so far with mobile phones.

Finally today i got my mobile back after 50 days.
and still the problem is not solved . The big question is are you going to repair my camera.
Mr. Alpesh (Head of Madhya Pradesh) of Sony Ericsson +919099098270 has stopped receiving my calls And Mr. Ali (Head of Indore) has given me fake promises to make my handset run properly. I have almost went around 30 times to your sony center but the result is always a failure. Instead of reparing they damaged the display and the speakers of my phone i hope you take strict action without any further delay.

My phone( Xperia ST18i, ray) is getting overheated and there is battery problem and many other complaints. i have contacted Sony and give it for repair in Madonna service Centre (kottayam).
For the first time they reported that the issue was due to software problem and returned ma mobile but after that also the issues remain the same…and they changed the “ Motherboard and Resoftwared “ it. but now there is more problems than that…
Am currently facing these problems.. The Memory card is not reading, screen cannot be unlocked, takes minimum 8 hours for full charging, status switch is showing wrong battery charge percentage, the status led is not working properly, range problem, etc…
Still it is in warranty period. ”excellent service is your assurance” isn’t it so..??. is this the service you are providing…? Is this your service excellence?
I choose Sony because of your previous performance and service. Now i lost ma faith and hope in Sony. Your products and services is being the worst.is this your trend worthy change..? How could you meet the market with this kind of unconditional and poor product and service.? Still hoping for your convenient action.
I had purchased a sony xperia p in the month of june , and by mistake got its screen damaged just after one week of purchase.I had given it for service at the service center and since that date my phone is transferring from one service center to other. Its almost three months passed and no solutions in hand.
Firstly I gave the same to vikas marg , new delhi service center, and they said it will be get swapped with the new one. After few days they said we have ordered the parts and will take time. But they returned back the same saying they had no response from chennai head office and cant help. Then I gave it to bhajanpura, new delhi service center and was informed that it will go to chennai for repair and they kept the set with them for around 20 days , and after that returned the same giving the same reasons as given by vikas marg sevice center. Meanwhile I had also mailed and contacted to customer care but as usual no response and no solutions . Just received a mail from one of your senior executive mr rakshit mahajan, and after that he is also non responsive.
Presently its with chennai again as informed to me by the shitij telecom SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE Shop No. 115 GF AKD Tower Sector-14- Gurgaon,(Job No:W112091801093) since september 19th.
We have been making number of calls to the customer care to track the location and situation of my phone , but the executive there have no information every time just providing with a reference number.
This is a real nuisance , and such a poor service that sony is providing the company should not have launched the model if the parts are not available in case for repair. They are just fooling customers and degrading there name and fame.
I think I should not have invested such a big amount for a sony mobile they don’t worth it.
Submitted Sony xperia mini pro for repair work in pune and now it gone for repair work at chennai. Now its around 25 days no reply from sony ericson.
Worst service!!!!
Suggesting to my freinds do not purchase/buy sony Ericson products. Nobody support you after sale.

i am using GPRS services for now almost an year and half. i was having windows mobile till 16th Sept’11 on which i was using gprs very happily but on 17th Sept’11, i did purchase Xperia mini from G. V. Puntambekar(Pune based dealer). The phone is now installed OS as Andriod 2.3. Ever since i have purchased the phone i am not able to use GPRS services on it. I did speak to Airtel (my current service provider) and whatever settings they have given but not able to save them on my phone bcoz it asks for MCC and then MNC code. hence after talking to Airtel somehow i got these code. but depite of entering them into the settings along with other settings, i am still not able to use gprs. i was told that once you save the gprs manual settings it creates a profile on phone but it is not saving any profile on my phone. Sony dealer is sayingthat it is a service provider problem and Service provider is saying that we have given you all the settings so it is a phone manufacturer’s problem. I am getting penalised in these two contradictory statements. Without GPRS the phone is like any ordinary phone. I feel like cheated even after paying Rs.13000/- and buying Sony’s product. Feels like lesson learnt that never buy SONY product again…
Please someone guide me as to make it awork on the phone? Or Is the Xperia Mini is not compitable of using GPRS though published by Sony Ericsson it is compitable?

I have given my handset for repair which is under warranty for Display and charging connector issue. It has been more than a month and still yet to get a repsonse from Sony or thier Authorised Sony Ericsson service center nehuru palace. M/s RT outsouring Pvt ltd.
Sony Call centre 011 39011111 (option 3) has a lady named Ms Heena Ahuja and all she can say is repair is still pending and she is the authority of call centre and her senior’s are always busy … I can hear the laughs from background…I tried at least a dozen times….but all in vain…
God help us from Sony Ericsson.

I am very surprised and upset with the services of Sony Ericsson in India, I never had this kind of experience with any muti-national company earlier. It will take few days for this letter to reach you and I sure my problem would have not resolved. You may use this feed back in a positive way or put this in dustbin below your desk.
I submitted my handset T-715 (under warranty) to your service centre in Munirka, New Delhi, India and they gave me the receiving of the same on a visiting card stating that their computer is not working. I got the set back but the problem was not solved and submitted the set again on 14-9-10 and I got a hand made receipt from them. This receipt does not carry any Workorder No. or Date or my phone ID No., I called them and made them aware of legal consequences if they did not give me a refernce No. and they they furnished me the Work order No. as SE310HRE10209.
I checked the status from the workshop after 2 days and got a time of 10-15 days for the repair of the same. I called your call centre and as per their records the set was submitted yesterday. Call centre need 4-5 days to get the status from the service centre whereas I already have the status. and After 4-5 days they are going to give me a new status of time required (as per your call centre). Is this the working of Sony Company ??, I don;t thik so because I am using lot of Sony products and the service has been always fantastic.
As per the attitude of the staff of Sony Ericsson call centre in India, specially Mr. Jitender the team leader, whom I soke to is not willing to help the customer and just trying to buy time. I am very disappointed and surprised at the working of Service Centre and the related staff by Sony Ericsson company in India.
In case you have the authority of sorting the things out, kindly look into the matter and get my mobile functunal.
Today I spoke to the call centre still they need time to get the part and are not able to give me any specific tile of delivery.
Ms. Shreshtha at call centre wanted me to go to the sercive centre and make her speak to the people there.
