i bought a Sony vaio laptop model no PCG-71D14W , product name VPCCB45FN from parikh sales luby circular road,city centre,dhanbad. i bought it on 13 APR 2012.on my laptop’s lcd line is appearing . i took into service centre at cuttack service centre,M/s SHREEJAL SERVICES, BADAMBARI on 02-04-2013 they said that you have broken your laptop lcd and you will have to pay and your amout will be rupeess 12,000 and they are saying that it is physically damage but honestly i am saying that there is not a single scratch on my laptop lcd as well as in whole laptop and also i have shown them.And i have also complained online through toll free no. to customer care and my warranty last date is on 13-04-2013.
it is so much slow response that my warranty period is very near so plz sir take some immediate step i am not happy with sony support becoz last year only i have paid a huge amount of rupees 53,150 and now again i have to pay with in my warranty period so i am not happy really with your service because before my laptop problem i have told all my friends and juniors to purchase vaio laptop and many of them also purchased vaio laptop so plz dont break my beleive in you and your service so please do something for me and i have send few images of my laptop on sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com

People try to avoid Sony service centres after your warranty period is done ! service center ***hole’s quoted 12600rs to change my LCD panel nd when i checked eBay for the fresh piece it was there for 6300rs ..nd i called a local technician he told me that he will do it for 6400 rs DEAL ! WORKING PERFECTLY ND only prblm was he does’nt have AC in his shop ! 😛

i recommend not to buy sony lapy because i had one half an year ago and i can not tell it is totally a headache from starting. i have repaired it 3-4 times during warrenty but still the problums are persistent with it. now window has busted and new window is not installing. i going to sell this piece of junk. i strongl recommend you not to buy sony lapy. specially E series.it has both software and hardeare problums. and customer service is not at all good. they just do not care.

I bought the sony vaio lap on August 2012. I have some problem in screen. One vertical line appears in the screen. Why this is hardware problem or software problem? Only 4 months over but i having this issue why?

I had recently purchased sony vaio laptop model number-sve115113enb.
The laptop is not working properly. Its motion sensors are not working from the date of purchase till now. I have called on sony customer care many a times but they are not interested in solving my problem. Kindly seek your attention in this matter and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

i have sony vaio vpceh25.i had bought this laptop in 24/10/2011.and after exectly one year my laptop suffer by displaying yellow line in middele of display so please take care it.

I have a sony vaio e series laptop and my adapter specification is VGP AC 19V35. The adapter had gone bad 7 months after the date of purchase so i got a replacement but after 6 months even the replaced adapter has stopped working. I feel there are issues with this model of adapters. Kindly look into the matter.

I have Sony Vaio laptop in 1oth March,2011 Sodel No.VPCEA46FG/BE1,
Serial No.7002384 it has been rorking good for almost one and half year
but now it has been submitted for repair at your Sony Service Centre, at
Nehru Place, New Delhi and now I have been told that its hard-disk needs
to be replaced, and asking Rs.11,000/-

We believe that Sony India is one of the best in the world with its products
and that is the reason why we have been choosen your produce, but now
we realise that Sony India is really cheeting us with its products.

Why i have been told just one and half year later by your service centre that
Hard-disk of your laptop needs to be replaced and it needs Rs.11,000/-
…it is my hard earn money. My request is not to trouble people like this
Help me, ny laptop is with your Nehru Place Service Centre, New Delhi

but all of sudden a blue line appeared in the screen and the whole display is distorted

it is so much slow response i am not happy with sony support please do something for me

I baught 1 sony E-Series labtop recently in Dec-2010, but i am facing one major problem it is ,when i start my labtop after 10 min there is 1 big black strip appears on screen it will cover the 1/4 portion of screen and intterupts all the functioning of labtop, many time i have returned my labtop to my dealer but i got no good response and results ,what should i do? what is that problem exactly? where should i go to complaint about it? can anyone give me the concerned details.? I am not haapy with sony support.
I would urge people to check before and not go by reviews. I would request the concerned authorities to these issues under notice.

On 22nd night i brought sony waio, in same night my laptop os became corrupted while making recovery disc. I took into service center they have taken 3 days. So much slow response. I am not haapy with sony support.

For the purpose of this Limited Warranty and Service, “Sony” means Sony India Pvt. Limited for this computer hardware product (the “product”) purchased from one of Sony’s official VAIO distributors, in India. Sony offers:

For the period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, sony warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and in conformity with the respective specification of the product.
Upon discovery of a defect in materials, workmanship or failure to meet the specifications in the product during such one (1) year period, Sony shall, at Sony’s sole discretion, either repair such product or replace it with the ide3ntical type of product without charging any technical labor fee and repair parts cost for you, on the condition that you bring such product to Sony’s service shops for VAIO within such one (1) year period. In case of repair or replacement, Sony may own all the parts removed from the defective products. Sony may use new and/or reconditioned parts made by various manufactures in performing warranty repairs and replacement of the Product. Even if Sony repairs or replaces the Product, its original one (1) year warranty term is not extended

_ READ IT AND TELL ME WHY I CANT GET A REPLACEMENT. I’m tired of this laptop. This is the 15th time i am walking in to the service centre. I have no time to file a case in the consumer court, and it wont be gud for both of us. So please kindly do needfull.
