I had recharged SUNDIRECT for Rs.500 /- on SEP 6th through paytm and the transaction failed .From then on I have been calling the customer care of Sun direct .Each time one new person picks up and on explaining everything to him/her they promise to refund the amount within 24hrs which never happened .Please help at the earliest !!!
