I have purchased a New Toshiba LED TV from m/s Jiwan Enterprises Post Office Bazar, Bathinda on March-2014. Now I have facing some screen problem . On two month, I have given one complain your service centre Bathinda month first week of Feb 2017, about this to the mention ph. No-98143-50450 but till date no response from ( Bathinda service centre) and the Toshiba side. such your very poor service. Hence ,request you kindly attend the same at the earliest.
I had received below message after calling TOSHIBA call center on 29th March.

Since then even after following up with call center and service center, nobody is bothered to resolve. Service center is even not picking up phone.
This is not the service level expected with the company like Toshiba.
Hope somebody will pay heed before it is too late to mend some reputational damage in the mind of an aggreieved consumer.

I bought Toshiba LED cricket series.its sound system are not working properly.when i bought after 10 month display not working.its replace but after some time sound system are not working. Thats time its in warranty period(3 year warranty).So,please do the need full as soon as possible.Also provide contact details of service center or service engineer.

i have purchased toshiba 24 TV, within a month time i am getting issue with brightness, i logged complain engineer came after week and said there is board issue needs to change … after more than 20 days .. and complaining and asking for status almost every day after waiting for 7 days finaly i have received board and engineer came to replace it … after replacing they found same issue with TV .. no i have asked to replace my TV with new one ……..it’s been a month time now after loggin complain …. Their customer care is always busy ..after lof of effort i manage to contact them .. and they gave me their manager’s no who is managing replacements ……..damm that manage i found always busy …well, i dont have only work to do and follow up for replacement of my TV .. that guy never reply back even after getting more than 20 miss calls from me ……….
is that Toshiba is so bad that their customers and managers are always busy ??????
I think ppl should stop buying this kind of faulty products … if they are giving 3 years warranty they know that you will get lot of problems and every time to resolve it you have to wait for more than a month time … and that is how they recover their 3 year warranty in 2 year warranty…………………
i purchased toshiba lcd 24inches and within 11 days the picture quality has gone down and at customer centre no one is to recieve the calls…my sincere advice to toshiba company is better shut down your products and diversify your business in india . or either hire some sincere employees…and also spend some money on your R&D to improve the quality.
I have purchased a new 32″ LED tv ON 21.11.11 evening.till now there are no toshiba companys service engineer has come nor any companies staff has come to install or set the tv in running actual possition.on 02.12.11,Tv suddenly dead but no one to interested to solve the problems only one reply by shopkeepers tommorow engineer will come,and also in other shope there are scheam with led tv one D2H is free of cost,but if i told to my shopkeeper about scheme they told Rs.1000 will be charged extra.Presently matter is i have expence Rs.32200.and within 10 days the tv is dead,is this the quality gurantee of toshiba.
Kindly repair the same or replace the tv as soon as possible

I have purchased a new Toshiba lcd on 20th February in morning. No one came till 21st feb night to install the lcd in my home. at 9 p.m your executive came and installed the lcd but no voice is coming from lcd. He install that lcd wrong. When I called that executive then he told me that he will come tomorrow but refuse to tell me the time.
Three days has been passed and I didn’t enjoyed my lcd. I think I invested in wrong company because if you can’t provide me services in the beginning then how you will provide your services in future.
Please send someone ASAP.
