I bought a 8GB micro SDHC from http://www.flipkart.com 9 months ago.That memory card is not formatting now.I called flipkart but they told me to contact Transcend.The quality of product is worst and no proper replacement process.Its very difficult to find the serial number of the product from a microSDHC.

I’ve been trying to call for so many days, but all the time its giving a busy tone. I had purchased a 32GB Class 10 Transcend Micro SD card from flipkart on 2nd of July 2014. N it suddenly got Write protected due to unknown reasons. Its covered under 3 years Warranty. But No Service Centre is replying back properly. The After Sale Services of Trancend really sucks..!!

I really unable to understand the meaning of 3 year warranty worldwide!
It’s already 156 days has been passed from the date of submission!
I have lost nearly 15% of its warranty period.
The most embarrassing is Transcend is unable to set the lead time to process this claim.
I would like to share my experience with one of your competitor, 5th day I got my claim back to my door step thru Fedex courier.
The e-mail assistme@accelfrontline.in or the support team not responding to any of the mail sent to them.
The Tele phone number provided by Accel Frontline: 30137158 line always set to be busy!
The “Status” request sent thru SMS to the mobile: 9600094051 never give the status.
Now will you please help me to understand the Promise made by Transcend “WORLDWIDE 3 YEARS WARRANTY”.
