I would like to inform you that I have purchased TVS Apache 200 4V race addition bike on dated 25-07-18 from SD motor company-Delhi.
From one day I am facing a noise problem in bike handle while bike drive in rough road even noise also comes even on minor pit.
I have visited three times regarding for this complaint at SD motor company-Delhi to get solution of my problem .
But your dealer person/technician got tighten the handle bolt at every times and get ensure that problem will not occurred again in future.
But after two or three days problem occur again and I also interacted to service manager regarding this concern but he also given same solution
This is having very horrible service experience from your service center. Kindly look at this matter and resolve my noise concern .

This ia to bring you that i have going to tvs Service center i had purchahse apache 180 before one year ago in sharma Motor pratap nagar this is not friat time probelem i had also complain to mr madan and other person. In KS Motors and KS Motor sikar raod jaipur I met Jitendra Kumawat there as a service advisor i have to say my bike engine in over heating they are check my engine oil and wheel and saying me your bike break pad was damage and Change them break pad price only 280 only They took 457 charge from me why… I will pay to before 15 day ago for bike service 461 rupees i have very tired for your service i had already i will complain against your company you have to sell me in defective piece

sir,
i bought a new APACHE RTR160 and right from the next day I am experiencing problems as follows:
1. There is noise coming from the disk brake at equal intervals of movement of front tyre.
2. its pickup is very low. after 1 hour standstill, it has to be forced start with the help of choke.
I was having Apache 150 before and with a good wxperience, i tended to buy a new one but unfortunately this bike is giving so much of problem.
As thid id the manufacturing defect ,i want to ask you that is there any procedure i can imitate to get my bike replaced..
please make my problem fixed as soon as possible!

My name is Prashant Kadam. I Have bought Apache RTR 160 on Sept 2009.
I have done 3 services on Century TVS(Bibwewadi Branch) but i said many complaints regarding my bike but
they did not take care of my problem.Especially in 3rd service they did not change my oil also and did not check the oil level also and they delivered the bike to me.Now iam getting Engine Abnormal sound from the 3rd service. Now my bike around 20000 kms only now iam getting abnormal sound from the engine. i want explanation against my bike…I wish to take actions against the Century Tvs (Bibwewadi Branch)suprvisiors. So kindly solve my problem within 15 days..

i suggest consumer court, as tvs s cheating us, so that in future oder ppl, students are saved from such thngs.
the tvs apaches costomer service is very lazy in indian motercycle companies
go to the other brands if u intrested to buy the bike even
I have purchase a new Apache RTR-160. But after four month i am getting a vibration in engine. I have infrom your showroom service team in Ballabgarh. They told me i think it has some problem in hadder of engine and charge of rectification is 1600 Rs. . But after servicing same vibration problem again come now they says it has some problem in chainset .I am very much disappointed how a new bike engine vibrate.Kindly take some serious action otherwise i have to go consumer court.
