It is really unethical on the part of your Company in not giving proper service to you customer after taking AMC for Usha Brita (Prima) I am at Ranchi, as we were made to understand that in Ranchi Manoj Sharma of Tanu Services is authorized to give after sales service. it had been a bitter experience to contact him for service in cases of urgency, he is seldom available on Phone either his phone remains switched off or number changed. Only one a few occasions we have been able to contact him in first attempt. Since yesterday I have been trying on his Phone Nos.9471712690 & 9386347123. I do not know whom to contact for service at Ranchi there seems to be no dealer at Ranchi dealing with your product. It is most unfortunarly that being a customer for nearly more than a decde and entering into AMC regularly I had experienced not a fair service regularly. Servicing used to be extended at the time of renewal of contract; otherwise respone had been very lukewarm. My unit is in very bad shape due to want of appropriate servicing. I want early attention so that I can renew service contract with assured servicing. This is very urgent.
