We had purchased Videocon tv before 1 year and now its stopped working,
My complaints are as below
1) First Complaint booked on 01/10/2018 : Complaint ID : AHM0110180164
Solution : Complaint close automatically in 4-5 Days , Whithout attending the site or without calling me. (Inbetween this I had called 4-5 times to Mr Sabir Bhai, But no response)
2) Second complaint booked on 06/10/2018 : Complaint ID : AHM0610180020
Solution : Nothing
3) Third complaint booked on 12/10/2018 : Complaint ID : AHM1210180388
Solution : Service engineer visited after 4-5 Days, after requesting too much.
He had just seen TV from Outside without even touching it and identifying the problem, He reported that mother board is faulty.
Than after 15 days he comes with mother board and try to repair the TV, But it was not done , As he feels the problem is in SMPS.
At that day he promised to come back with SMPS in two days and repairs the TV.
Now its more than 15 days he has not came , even he is not responding the call.
I am very disappointed to buy a TV from Videocon.

This Pratik Panchal (9768000950) I have 50″ Videocon TV, under warranty, I complained on 16th August, the guy (Ajay) cane to check on 18th Aug, he charged me rs 1300 as service charge, and said it will be replaced soon, but till date no response from any of executive or technical, when I started calling to customer care 39404040 only response I get, parts are not available, I started calling Dharmendra – same response and give me # for Yogesh – he is the most irresponsible guy, never answered the call, always left a msg – busy, please message. I dropped a msg to call me back or best to time call him. It’s been 20 days but no response. I don’t know what he does. But totally not worth.

It’s a festival time, my TV does not work at all, I need to get that fixed asap.

Hi I have raised a complaint for Videocon LED TV 2 months ago from today (15/10/2018). On the same day they gave me a service center no. and told me with in 20 days your problem will solved. But still problem have not solved and regularly i am following service center and he is giving same reply that “the part which is to be replaced is on the way please wait for 10 day.” is this company’s falt or service center that why part is not available from last 2 months. Customer is suffering No one cares…. is it the service of Videocon.
How much i have to wait. Hoping that Videocon is the best in market we took the TV. But we couldn’t know that earlier that your customer support is very worse. None of the company takes more than one week to solve the customer problems. Recently we have raised one more complaint . This time if it is not solved before 30th October I will definitely go to consumer court.
I have lodge a complaint no MUM1806180309 for vedicon 40 led TV through toll free no But suddenly I know that my complain is closed ,form VG support services provider taken 950/- as mechanic visit charges and insure me that part be ordered for replacement which under 5yr gaurantee/warranty but now they are not receiving my call and they closed my complaint. Have bought smart LED TV 43 inches have not completed EMI even and facing issue with display. Have raised complaint their person came and said will require proper bill. then only we can do something. I have got bill then called up customer care and there found new update that they have raised request for some part and I was not aware and da update. I would request everyone to never purchase their products..
And your dealer said to me when i purchase this tv . He says no charge will pay to technical visit. Than i purchase this videocon tv . If your not solve my problem than I’ll take another step. And your customer care executive not register my complaint she says to me if you pay 1100 than I’ll resister your complaint.

Our LED display is not working. We see only a small patch when we turn on the TV. Sound is still working.
The date for the date was sent on April 13, 2018, the TV was brought in July but could not solve the problem of display. The service center is a TV service from two to two and a half months, but no problem can be solved. What is the use of the service center? How often did the service center send TV to the service center from the service center, but does not answer?
Your service center has had a very bad experience with us, we took a TV with faith but it was a bad experience for the first time
TV service has to wait 3-4 months.
Please fix the issue as soon as possible or else I am going to compile the customer.

My 22 inch videcon tvs panel got replaced by videocons authorised service centre Vishal home care in sector 7, Dwarka, delhi. They are the worst service I hv ever seen in my life. After paid Rs 5000/- for new panel, after installed the panel, still the quality of picture is not good as the old one, when I informed the co. They said told me to complain again, again 1 to 2 weeks waste of time, lack of piece, fight with customer service. The co/ service center is not a responsible one. Better never repair if panel is having problem. After paid we lose our mental piece. Co is not at all bothered abt this.

My name is Anurag Yadav & I have bought one LED for amount RS 17800/ on 21st OCT-2015 from Vijay Sales, Noida. My warranty of this product is till Oct 2020 . My LED has display issue and I contact Videocon customer care.
Your technical team has visited to my home on 25th June-2018, charged RS 590 and assured me that in next 15 days my issue will be resolved. As per him display panel is defective and same will be replaced.
Today on 14th Aug-18 I got a call that from your office no 0120 4281 239 and I was informed that faulty said part is not available with Videocon and I need to pay more than RS 10000 (ten thousands) so as I will get new LCD in return of faulty one.
This is open loot. Let me assured you I will take it up this cheating everywhere. I will go to consumer court and will fight till the time I don’t get justice.
I need resolution of my issue ASAP so either you replace the faulty part or give me new LED without any cost. DO THIS RIGHT AWAY OTHERWISE BE REAY FOR CONSEQUENCE.

I had booked a complaint on 12th June 2018 and the engineer visited my house on 14th June’2018 that too when I had calledup customer care on 14th June’2018. He had a look at the 43 inch LED TV and said part has to be replaced. To make the part available at their service centre will take 3/4 days. I have purchased Videocon led TV with 3 years warranty. 3rd year I got issue as got line. I have given complaint and I am getting messages but no one came. After few days one person called and asked me to put TV image in WhatsApp. I have sent in WhatsApp. He called after few hours and told me that picture tube gone because of pigical damage. But I don’t see any damage on screen. Finally he told that it will charge around 20000. So I decided to take new TV(not Videocon). I don’t suggest to take Videocon TV.

I had purchased a “Videocon LED TV – VMR32HH18XAH” on 11-December-2016 which have 3 years warranty from Delhi. It is not working from 20-March-2018.
I have registered a complian (Complian No. – GHA0704180386) regarding my Videocon Led TV in Videocon Customer Care at 07-April-2018.
An Engineer ( Brijesh – 9911948568 ) visited my house 1 month back and tell us that their is an issue in TV Motherboard and it needs to be replaced by videocon since the product is in warranty.
The Engineer came from the “Videocon Service Centre , Plot No. 544 Sector-1 Vasundhara Ghaziabad (U.P)”.
I have called videocon customer care (011 – 39404040) 5-6 times in last month regarding this but i didn’t get the satisfied service till yet.
I have a talk with “Mr. Soudh Vg – 9149123342” of “Vasundhra Videocon Service Centre” regarding the status of my complain. According to him , they should send the engineer with part on last monday but till yet nothing is done.
I had a talk with ASC of Videocon “Mr. Patel – 8140966266” , he gave the assurance of satisfied service. But we didn’t get the result.
I had informed the Dealer of my Television as well but they didn’t take any action.

We are facing a lot of trouble by purchasing this Videocon Television.
i will never suggest to buy any product of Videocon to anyone…. This is the worst service from Videocon which I have not expected

I do have LED Tv purchased in 2016, Its a smart TV I do have a problem regarding the App so I called up the customer care and fixed an appointment THA1711170507 is the number I got on my sms I had inform the customer care to tell your engineer to call and come which he did not do and landed at my door step while I was away to work. He then calls me saying I am at your house I said sorry I am off to work and I requested him can you please come on Sunday because thats the only day we are at home or on weekdays by 11 am. The engineer Bhagwandas was nice to speak on the phone he than handed over the phone to the other engineer name ANSARI he was very rude to speak saying to me we cant work on Sunday we also need an off I spoke to him saying ok than can you come on Monday around 10.30 am or 11 am in a rude way he says he cant come so early we can come after 12 pm I said for him that only for a small issue I have to wait the whole day at home leaving my work he says that Problem kiska hai aap ka toh aap ko ruk na padega…… This is not the way to speak to the customer….. I just had requested him I did not ordered him
i will never sugget to buy any product of Videocon to anyone…. This is the worst service from Videocon which I have not expected
