Videocon Washing Machine Customer Care Number, Service Centers, Warranty

I have purchased new fully automatic videocon washing machine. For demo created service request CHE0909140075 on sep-09-2014 . But I didn’t get any response. I am totally disappointed with service. I called to customer care 044 39404040. They also not giving proper response.They told application slow like some stories. Very very poor and worst service

I have fully automatic washing m/c DIGI OCEAN 7.8 Kg. model no VM-VDC78JQD-TCS . AS PULSERATOR OF THIS M/C HAS BEEN DAMAGED / SLIPPED . SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW FROM WHERE I CAN GET NEW PULSERATOR.

I had raised a complaint about my semi automatic washing machine. Two guys from a service center called GX systems came and collected Rs. 350.00 with out even touching the washing machine. They said they will come the next day and repair, but did not turn up even after a week. They are real cheaters. Do nopt pay anything to Videocon service agents until the rectify your complaint.

I have purchased a videocon automatic machine two months ago its not working properly we have repaierd it twice from your’s company technician but the result is not satisfying us. this is the third time when machine is not working.I dont have that much of time to wait for your technician.
please its a humble request to solve the problem at the earliest. this type of machine or after sales service is seriously affecting your’s company’s goodwill.
its a humble request from me to take some action quickly as the festivals are on their brim its making my time difficult.
if the machine repair is not possible then at least i want replacement. guys i have a bitter experince with your company please i have lost my patience and even the technicians are not treating us well. please give me the number of your head of complaint department or send me a proper technician.I am felling that i have chossed the wrong company.

Dear VIDEOCON Customer care team,

I Sunil Lokhande residing at Pune have purchased one fully Automatic washing machine(W/M TL 6.5 KG VT65B11) on 15.10.12 at Croma Pimpri. For details please refer attached invoice. This time I purposely attempted to go for “MADE BY INDIA” product. But with my below experience it is been concluded that I have made a mistake???

1. I booked washing machine on 15.10.12 by doing 100% payment.
2. I called your customer care dept. & requested for demo at my native place Bhuinj, Satara. Request no. SAN1910120085.
3. It is been communicated that within 48 or 72 hrs Videocon Engineer will come for demo. Also I got the Engineers contact number.
4. On 20th Oct-12, I called your Engineer & he communicated that he will visit on 20th evening or 21st Oct.12.
5. But not visited as discussed.
6. So again on 22nd I called your customer care call centre & briefed the status.
7. Immediately your Engineers called me & agreed to visit on 22nd evening.
8. But not visited.
9. Again I put up complaint at your customer care centre on 23rd Oct.12 & expected that somebody will call me for the demo.
10. But nobody called me & nobody visited for the DEMO.
11. Again on 24th morning I called your Engineer for 2~3 times but my call was not answered. Even I tried with the multiple phone numbers.
12. SO FINALLY ON MY OWN I HAVE MADE INSTALLATION OF MACHINE ON 24TH EVENING.

I believe that in India till today people are investing money for such appliances & expecting that on a particular day the machine should be started. But with above experience I had a very bitter experience with the VIDEOCON team with which I have loosed my patience, time on a precious day of Dasera….

Now a day’s competition in domestic market for the home appliances in terrible. Such incidences will be definitely damaging the image of your company. There is lot scope for the improvement. Please take a example of MARUTI SUZUKI. In their success story after sales service is the strong base for Maruthi which millions of people are enjoying.

I have no complaint against any individual & is on the overall system of after sales market.

I will be certainly trying to reach to your HEAD-Customer care or your CEO….

Hope this will be learning lesson for you to move ahead in the competitive world….

I would not like to entertain any phone calls made for apology from Videocon or any sales Engineers visit at my home for demo. Let me suffer for my mistake….

I have purchased a fully automatic videocon washing machine ten months back.After sales service is worst. My current complain no.PAT0608120011 is pending since 3 days despite several reminder to cust.care and local service centre

I am having fully automatic washing machine VAN 55FDX in 2004. Its PCB needs to be repaired/ changed. pl send your executive with the necessary equipment at the earliest.

I have registered a complaint in Videocon customer care for repairing of my Fully Automatic washing machine. After 2 days a person visited with a excuse of unable to repair fully automatic machine and finally a SMS is received telling your request is closed.
It is a pathetic approach by Videocon. You have send a local person for flying visit who even don’t know how to repair the same. Kindly confirm when can my machine will be repaired?
Also let me know the number/Email/name of highest authority of Videocon who is finally responsible for this kind of service.

I have purchase vediocon washing machine fully automatic top load in delhi. One month back i posted complaint to custmer care. They sent one boy. He came to my home and checked the washing machine. He told me In side blue color plate need to change. I said ok. He asked me Rs.220/- service charge and Rs. 650 spare part cost. I paid him Rs.220/- service charge. He dont gave any bill to me. He take away old spare part. After that oneday he came with new part. But its not suitable. Again He told me i will come with another suitable spare part. I said ok. from last one month i am waiting ….. wats the status of my complaint. I request you to please take the action immediately. Other wise i will go to consumer court. And we will publish article on vediocon in my news paper.

I purchased a washing machine four years back in Kumbakonam from AVM Trading corporation. The motor is making noise, and the local Videocon mechanic says the mechanism is to be replaced at a cost of Rs.1150/-.. I would like the Videocon mechanic himself should see this and give opinion. last week an emergency light caught fire & fell on the semi automatic washing machine(Videocon), luckily only the drier part was damaged, i mean only the door of drier got burnt along with the drier timer.
