Viewsonic provides warranty services to customers by following some terms and conditions which are mentioned below. If you have purchased a new monitor, please register your product with the company for warranty claims.
- All LCD/LED displays including LED light source are offered a limited warranty with 36 months from the date of purchase or 39 months from the month of the manufacturer.
- Warranty is applicable even if you buy online if your product is registered then repair your product with minimal charges by contacting the service center.
- Warranty is not applicable if a serial number of the product is modified or removed.
- The company does not offer a warranty if they are damaged due to accident, fire, misuse, transportation or other acts of nature.
- Viewsonic warranty varies from state to state because some states don’t allow implied warranties and warranty on accidental damages.

one of the worst monitor i never had seen in before . i suggest you to all please don’t go for buy the view sonic monitor in any model..
1 . worst customer service
2. problems arises in monitor using.
3. reduces the console effectiveness while using.
4. effective lines will appear after using some days or months in the colors of red or green or both.
so , i finally suggest you all alease buy choose some other product instead of view sonic.
my lcd moniter va1716w just in 2 month gives 5 to 7 green vertical lines on moniter. please help me.
