I am writing to file a complaint about the service that I was treated to in the VLCC, Nutan Plaza, New Dak Banglow Road, Patna on 27th July 2019 attended by Ms. Rabbia Hussain. I have visited the VLCC outlet for the occasion of family function. The Complaint is regarding the poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction and cheating approach towards the customer.
I opted for your outlet after checking review and recommendation from my uncle which portrays a completely different picture, as compared to reality. VLCC is known for the best facilities & customer satisfaction which is not even available on your best outlet.
Right from the time of entering your outlet, my experience had been the worst ever. They took 40 minutes to start the services. I have made everything clear about the importance of the day. And to the height of irresponsibility, the receptionist is unaware of the booking details and VLCC Gift Card term and Condition which I was trying to redeem.
I feel like the authority of the outlet is money minded and doesn’t bother about customer hospitality. They are least bother about the value of customer’s money. I feel like the intention of the management (Ms. Rabbia Hussain) at VLCC, Nutan Plaza, New Dak Banglow Road, Patna outlet is how to loot the money of the customer instead of given a standard service need for the customer.
Whenever I visit this outlet every time they charge a different amount for the same services and start giving worthless excuses. The staff at the outlet is not helpful they are least bothered. Even after taking 1week prior appointment and information for the beauty package at the time of visiting the outlet the receptionist takes back-foot regarding beauty package charges. They behave as they had never discussed the charges and try to bring last-minute chaos for the customer. At last, the customer is left with no alternative at the same location to lastly avail the service with a pain in the pocket.
Before visiting the outlet I have taken all the information about Beauty Package and charges, but they are charging extra for the same service without clarifying anything. The beauty services are not atoll up the standard of VLCC. The management (Ms. Rabbia Hussain) doesn’t have an authentic rate card or any knowledge for any of the services. At the time of leaving the outlet, I asked for a proper printed Tax Invoice for all the service which I have availed. They were not in a position to give a Tax Invoice for the same till now. I am trying to have the Invoice of my last 3 Service in the month of April, May & July. But every time I call them they don’t answer my call or give inappropriate excuses of the Internet not working Chrome is not functioning.
The VLCC, Nutan Plaza, New Dak Banglow Road, Patna outlet are fraud & Cheaters. That’s all I want to say. I never recommend anyone to visit this particular outlet. Had a very bad experience with VLCC, Nutan Plaza, New Dak Banglow Road, Patna Outlet. Seriously change my point of view toward VLCC Team, India.
It’s been a long time I Have not received my last 3 bills of my services (month of April, May & July). Whenever I ask for a detailed bill of all the services availed by me Ms. Shikha is not in the position of sending me the bill. Every time she diverts all the conversation with nonsense excuses. She provides a nonsense excuse “ It is not in our policy to provide the detailed bill to the customer”. How is it possible it is customers Right To Information to question and ask for a detailed bill. Ms. Shikha & Ms. Rabbia Hussain always repeat with the statement saying “It is a rule against our policy”. After creating pressure they share screenshot via Whatsapp with a random Whatsapp number.
Whenever I start calculating service availed at VLCC, Nutan Plaza, New Dak Banglow Road, Patna Outlet. I find the difference in money charged extra on service availed at the same outlet. They are least bother the mistake they have done instead of apologizing they are taking this matter casually by replying “no problem” you can avail other services at the same outlet next time with balance money. So where is the proof give me a written letter from the management of the outlet?
I hope. In short, you have totally shattered my occasion leaving me more tired and exhausted than ever. I have written all these comments on the website. Your VLCC, Nutan Plaza, New Dak Banglow Road, Patna property and services are not even worthy to be visited.
I will definitely take up these issues to Consumer Forum and will make sure that I don’t visit the outlet and recommend anyone to visit.

I had taken Laser full body Hair removal treatment package from Vlcc – Model Town , Delhi centre , bill dated 25th Feb 2018.
I had completed one session for the parts and in every sitting I have been facing humiliation of one or the other kind. To this I even complaint at the centre twice to which no action was taken
Finally on 28th April I complaint about Ms. Deepika’s behavior who has been giving me the treatment to the manager. On 30th April I took the sitting for the pubic hair and inspite of me complaining regularly that I am not comfortable with the intensity that is being used, she kept on giving me shots. From that day to this I am still in pain and I have picture of the skin which GOT BURNT SEVERELY. This is inhuman activity that she has done to me.
If I had to undergo such risks , I wouldn’t have spend this much in VLCc but would have better tried other low cost options that are available in the market.
The Model town centre has shown no move to this incident. I am attaching the picture of the reaction caused to my skin. Picture taken on 2nd Feb 2018.
My earlier complaints towards the practitioner are:-
1. She uses any cloth even gowns that would be available around to wipe off the extra gel from the skin instead of cotton.
2. Manhandling of razors. She gave me as well my sister cuts on our face with the razors. I have attached the screenshot of the conversation to what she had replied on this.
3. She never applied anesthesia cream to my sister even while doing bikini even when she had asked for that.
4. She would pass loose comments while doing the treatment.
5. Never that I got to start the sessions on time, either the room will be blocked for some other person or some other services on my scheduled time.
6. She would leave patches on every part in between and she wouldn’t agree to it.
Dr. Anjalee is the only doctor that they have for all the centre in delhi in north and to my dismay while all this happened she was on leave and there was no one else in charge in place of her. I had bouht this package from Mrs. Rajni and she sounded so promising before i had put a complaint but after the incident nobody came for the support.
Spending an amount of 1.25 Lakh is not an easy thing as VLcc is treating this case to be. talking to the service heads they ask me to buy something else instead as i am unsatisfied by there laser treatment.

Dear team,
Me and my sister have visited vlcc in srikakulam for hairfall control, they have checked both of our hair and suggested keratin treatment , they have told for both of us it charges up to 12000 and it is 6 months warranty ,you won’t have hairfall after this and they said it includes free dandruff treatment and haircut.so we said ok for that.
1st day :they have applied some cream and did some straightening and asked us to come on 3rd day for wash
3rd day: we had wash and they have dressed our hair neatly. And then i have asked the manager what about the dandruff treatment , he has checked our hair and said , see mam ur scalp is clean no need of dandruff treatment and i didn’t talk more because the head of tat branch was not there so i came back home and started calling that head her name jyothi to ask about this dandruff treatment and haircut, i have her called her minimum 10 times on that day, she has not given minimum response to me .
And next day i got angry and kept a bad review on the srikakulam branch for their bad service. Within 15min i got a call from that head about this review, she aruging with me about that review and then asked her about my dandruff treatment and haircut, she said you will have that free treatment and haircut for 1 time whenever u will come to vlcc and she has requested me to remove tat review ,so i said ok and removed my review.
And after a week we have been to that saloon for haircut and for dandruff treatment .i have told her still we are having serious hairfall she didn’t brother about that ,they did haircut and started doing dandruff treatment, and their dandruff treatment is just they have mixed lemon with coconut oil and massaged our scalp and after 5min they have washed our hair and said done.
With my smiling face only i came back to my home .
If i will keep a bad review again will get a calls and some bloody explanations will be started and again she will ask me to come there again .
Howmany times i have go there, 12000 is not a small amount for me. That’s my parents earing , a middle class family’s monthly income . Feeling ashamed on myself for spending such a huge amount on my hairfall treatment that too in vlcc.
It’s been more than a month that Ultra Cavitation Equipment is not working at all in Preet Vihar Branch. Even after paying such high amount for therapy if one is not able to take those sessions than you can sense the frustration the customer is facing. Pls replace the ultra cavitation equiment.
wastage of money. I have paid a lot to vlcc in janakpuri. And I lost 2 kg in 5 months and they asked me to go for body test. I have done the same.luckily all reports were fine. Then they asked me to renew the package without giving me result for my old package. I shared the same feedback to vlcc however no one called it acknowledged but at the time of selling the package they used to call me after every hour. Trust me it’s not worth it. I feel so regret I have wasted a lot
M also facing lots of problem with VLCC staff .wrost experience with VLCC . It’s true there is lack of communication within the management at NOIDA especially in sector 18. I have taken derma service in April 17 and till date m suffering a lot to get my treatment of peelings and not even getting any result..Also everytime they make excuse and even Ms. Annu denied to talk to me. Staff has very bad attitude and rude. They treat you well only at the time of giving package after taking package they will forget to service you..They dont pick phone everytime make excuse doctors are not available…only one doctor is available and she goes other units that’s why doctor is not available. you have to run behind them to get your treatment done as you are begging them for services… Pathetic experience with VLCC . They are not brand just a road side parlour…that’s it. Staff has always misguided . I complained so many time but still no change .I want all my money back . Resolve my query.
This is the worst experience i ever had at a salon. I am a regular customer to the services you offer but you guys failed not once but everytime i visited the place. Just recently I booked an appointment with the Pathankot branch.The person in charge initially booked my appointment right away for d next day. Next day the manager calls to tell that the hairdresser is not available and the helping staff would do the needful. Next day i reach the place to find out it to be closed.Such a pathetic service and a total waste of my time. I would recommend anyone looking for a commited and dedicated salon service to stay miles away from VLCC. Really disgusting
I am sorry to say that it was the worst experience of my life today at VLCC. I have been an ardent fan of VLCC since my marriage in 2004 when i got my bridal makeup from VLCC. Today was horrible and worse experince than a fish market.
To begin with, my facial started with your radio FM blasting loud in my room like i had come to a roadside barber shop. instead of any music, there is non stop chit chatter of prople screaming on radio. i had to ask for radio shutdown in my room. inspite of that there was loud noise coming in from outside. a nice lounge experience is good with relaxing music but not screaming blanter of radio people.
Then came the turn of my body scrubbing. this happened in a room with loud thundering vibrations of party music playing downstairs. it was so loud that my bed was vibrating, the shower cabin walls were thundering. it made me sick to my stomach and i wanted to puke. that is when i told tge lady that i dont want to get the massage done here. she offered me another room but i still wasnt willing.
then i went to take shower and guess what…the ceiling came down breaking on me. first one plastic slab, then aluminium divider and then the second white plastic slab. it cut my finger bleeding. that is when i started shivering and wanted to just leave.
what is shameful is that on top of al that when i informed your reception lady about this, she dod not have the courtesy to offer any reimbursement. rather she even asked me to pay 590 for the bleach that i had taken. what customer service and what customer experience. what a shame on quality and customer service of VLCC. NEVER EVER am i coming there again nor will i recommend any of my friends and relatives to VLCC.
Following up with VLCC Sector 35 chandigarh but no revert received till date.

Hy i m faceing a lot of problem to do treatment in vlcc my skin get rough and black due to treatment of acne in vlcc gujarat surat. Then my 1 package left so i hv decided to do hair treatment on vlcc as a keratin, bt after tht i booked appointment before 10 days and then after 10 days they said tht u cant do hair keratin u can only go for skin treatment because u treat is for skin but first of all they said tht u can do wat ever u want to do here but you will not get cash retur and after tht they turned No at the day of treatment how reducules , Gujarat Surat vlcc is worst ever bad sercice no result found of treatment ,fraud vlcc
Lack of communication within the management at NOIDA Sec-18. They give appointment for 5pm on 28th May 2017 and then after an hour wait the hair dresser asked to sit for another 10 minutes. At the time of billing Ms. Shristi denied using the voucher code that I asked to add for reimbursement of the bill amount. In fact I was not even given any kind of bill saying that server is not working. Above all Ms.Shristi had even taken the photo of the voucher code I showed to her. She said she would get the voucher added on the bill clearance before sending me the bill through email. Complain was done to VLCC customer care today morning but I was asked to get in touch with the NOIDA sec-18 branch. I called them up but I have got no reply or response regarding the same.
I am also facing a lot of trouble like this. i took the beauty and slimming service fro VLCC, Malviyanagar, New delhi , Center. but it s not yet delivered. the services , products and slimming service is still remaining and there is no response from there side still.
i have made a number of comlaints but it is still not working out
I joined vlcc institute for DBC&PMU paid 59,783 rupees through my husbands credit card the very next day i was shocked that boys were doing facials on women upto the chest & also waxing one male student came to me & said he wants to do a facial on me i refused & i informed my husband he came the next day & spoke to miss papiya she said if the lady doesnt have any problem they can do it then he spoke to mrs smitha after hearing this she said this is wrong & action will be taken after that the boys started abusing me that they r not getting models because of me and starting passig comments on me n abusing me specially a guy named taran after that i spoke to smita n gave a application that i want to leave i got a call from monika behl but she didnt agree that any thing is wrong in this n spoke very rudely if u want i have the conversation recorded i just request u to refund my money thats all other wise i will have to go to the media, police &consumer court please reward back in 4 working days or else i will take the appropriate legal action.
