Sir I have purchased A VE Vento car from Volkaswagon Barhinda on dated 29 April 2017. My can RN is PB 31 S 0369. This was an demo piece. On time of sale your your staff told me that the warranty of this car will start from the date of your purchase date means from 29 April 2017. But now your service staff says that your warranty will expire on 29 November 2018. This is totally Misguidance.
What should be the solution of this now.
I just booked an VW Polo MPI trendline 1.0, at Volkswagen Ahmedabad. However, my car loan is not being approved, and no help is being provided regarding same by showroom people.
They say they have to make my father co-applicant for the loan, i do understand that some terms and conditions are need to be followed, but my father is Branch Manager at Central Government Of India, LIC of India, which is why he is not allowed from the government to become an co-applicant.
We have our own home at Ahmedabad, as well as Gandhidham Kutch, and an reputed image. I personally am salliried personal at Pvt. Organization earning 23000/- per month, but have chaned 2 organizations, as mainly I am preparing for Government exams.
Due to the same reason loan is not provided, they mentioned I have chaned many jobs so need to keep co-applicant. We already have Maruti Ciaz at our home which is our 3rd car, and Polo is my own car planned. I know currently there is offer at VW and also Volkswagen has its own finance as well. So looking forward, I expect that I could get some solution to it and get to buy my VW Polo, as I booked it before almost a month, and want delivery within this week.

Below mail itself shown that I am the fool that I trust on you and wait for the valuable reply and correction in my engine. I am not fool that I only write my concern to Volks wagen I know what to write and whom to write but its my genunity.
Below mail prove that I m using the only car in my life which is volkswagen and I don’t understand from last two years that my car has not any problem but I m the person that put my car to your service station for my enjoyment and make loose in my business.
Can you justify me the below topics,
1. If my car does not have any problems then why do you change flywheel three times in this two years
2. If my car does not have any problem then why you required to do heavy work on the gearbox.

4. If my car does not have any problem then each time when I came with my car you take at least 4- 5 days sometimes more them 10 days to research that.
5. Each time your engineer told me we have to concern with the senior team from VW then again the problem repeat,
6. Why car stop at the road and accelerator not work and you take 20 days to repair it and toeing my car from road to your service station.
7. Why your engine showed 115 C on road on 40 speed I am with my family and harrace like anything.

Don’t fool your customer we are also doing business but do not underestimate our customer.
I am not taking any strict action to maintain the relationship but your moods showed something els.
I already prove that the car is jerking on which ground you have done the exercise for a long time and once the car also stops on the road.
Do you know how I pass this day without my car and what I pay per day for taxi and even per day I lose my business like anything.
To hide your engine problems don’t blame on me and keep your car with you now I am not interested in this engine.
I will concern some seniors from the same automobile market… till that you can enjoy.

I have booked new polo gt tdi @ success automobile pvt.ltd indore ref employe name nikhil verma . He told me that book the car with some of rupees 21000 /-car is not in stock so after booking he will give delivery in 15 days I have booked with 21000 /- On dated 31/07/2018 receipt no. 6872.
Then after some days he called me and said that sir deposit 1 lakh rupees urgent I will call your car within 2 days. Then I deposited 1 lakh rupees on dated 11.08.2018 receipt no 6888. Commitment was failed they havnt deliver the car within 15 days . Then on 22 August he told me car is called it is In yard I said ok I coming near your showroom show me car he said ok come back side I will show you I have gone back side at yard campus then he said sir guard has gone to his home and the yard shutter key is with him . His is coming I was standing their and wating till half hour key was not arranged by him. Then second day i made the payment by 2,37650/- on dated 23/08/2018 . Receipt no .6899 . Rest amount to be santined by bank bank finance ready by his end but no updation was notified by the dealer. Then I went showroom he said .The person who do PDI is on leave so I can not deliver you car today you take tomorrow I said him . Show me car he said sir come back side guard same he do like yesturday guard was not available he can’t show the car . I wait till half hour he said sir I will surely deliver you car tomorrow I said ok . Now today on 24 /8/2018 . I called him nikhil verma in the morning I said today I’m coming for delivery 12.30 1.30 . Then call was end . I get a call from the dealer that sorry sir I cant driver you car today your car has not come till yet . Today evening surely it will come you take tomorrow. Is this the way company’s dealer are attending the custumer. They think customers are fool if they can’t deliver the car on given time Why they takes booking and after that they pervert costumers .please take necessary action and deliver my car tommorow or other wise cancel the car and refund my payment back. Very bad experience I learned with vw. Please find below attachment for receipt details .

hi, i am rajeev , a volkwagen customer. I purchased the car from kollam,karunagappally showroom. I had a complaint that we had insured from outside so that the shop executive messaged as wrong ,the engine number and the chais number. Secondly i had a complaint that from the retailed shop to only 2.5km the car can run and no deisel is remaining in the car. For marriage function gift we bought this car. We can’t drive any more due to the lack of diesel. so for the marriage gift we cannot gave. Kindly request you to take action against this otherwise we report to the consumercourt.
Dear Volkswagen team, I got my vehicle Polo petrol trendline 2011, for misfiring in the car to elite motors Hosur Road BANGALORE on 24th Jun 2018. I met Mr. Yunus to assist me , after initial Inspection he told me that car needs 6tear service and replacement of ignition coils. Vehicle was promised to be delivered to me on 26th Jun . I called in 26th and v hi ke was not fixed, he told me to come on 27th. On 26th he serviced the car charges me 11000/- for it and didn’t fix misfiring . He told me that ignition coil and cover need to be ordered and it will be available after 2 weeks. Today is 14th July , I didn’t hear anything yet from Yunus or elite motors. My car can not be driven for last 20 days, I am incurring daily expenses for commute to work a d other places. Very disappointed in Volkswagen .
My Jetta car met with an accident and was given to Lally motors,Chandigarh for Repair’s on 19/6/2018.I am really disappointed with the fact that my car could not be repaired in the last 45 days despite my visits and reminders to the agency.I am told that the Delivery of parts takes long time.It is very strange in today’s world that you seem it fit to retain a car for such a long period.What is surprising is that you have no idea of what is happening in your agencies.Unthinkable!!!
Besides the harassment I have spent so much money on cabs .Now I am repenting on my decision to buy your car.
I wrote a mail to you 5 days back also but you have not bothered to respond.
I request you to please look into this and get my car repaired and delivered to me.

My father had bought a POLO TDI in 2016 , financed by Volkswagen. Unfortunately he expired in May this year. At the time of signing the documents for the loan for the vehicle, he was personally insured as well. There still is some amount to be repaid but we being not in a position to repay would request the company to help us in this matter by whatever way possible. Shall be highly obliged if the loan is waved off.
Sending vehicle to your authorised service station Volks Wagen Mumbai West for car AC issue. Sent two three times. Every time they give some reason on account of which there is a insufficient cooling and charging amount for rectification. I have already paid substantial amount and now frustrated. It appears to me that I need to go to some consumer forum/court.

We have had 3 VW cars in our home of only 4 members. We are extremely happy with the vehicle, however the after sale services at this one time was an extremely bad experience.
I have had an issue with my power window, it was not working and the same was duly checked by your engineers who pointed out the damage to the motor.
When I visited the center, they had ordered the wrong side windows part, upon clarifying this with Sarita Sharma (CRM – AUTOMARK), she blasted at me in front of her subordinate (Mr Jayesh) and senior (Ms Jiyaa Bhatia). They are both witnesses to this unruly and unprofessional behavior exhibited by your CRM.
Sarita was unwilling to accept the mistake of the center, that there had been some miscommunication between the engineers and customer relationship team and they had wrongly informed me about the parts arrival. She kept insisting in a very provocative manner that I was supposed to check for the availability of the part, where as clearly the relationship manager had told me bring the vehicle as the spare part had arrived the center.
The mistake was not the problem, it was the way she handled the issue. She yelled in front of all your customers and staff towards me intending to hurl abuses and I was quite honestly dumbstruck. Because both her boss and subordinate seemed to agree with me and even had to calm her down and take her to another room. It seems like she is not qualified to tackle customer based on this one incident. I surely hope this is a one-off moment.
This is not the kind of service I was hoping for. Especially when we are paying a premium price for services and spare parts as compared to other automobiles in India. I hope this reaches the concerned people and corrective actions are taken subsequently so that it can be avoided in future.

Thanks for taking your time to read this mail. I have been pushed to the extent that I had to write this mail to get some attention the poor quality and customer service maintained by Volkswagen in India.
I have lived overseas and owned VW cars and used to love them for the quality and drive which was the reason for me to choose a VW car when I had to buy one in India but, I am only disgusted by the owner-ship experience I am facing in the first 7 months after buying one.
I purchased a VW Vento Highline DSG Automatic on the 20th October 2016, took delivery of the car on the 29th October 2016, Saturday at around 10:00 am, the car came with a box of chocolates that was leaky with ants in the box.

The very same day around 1 p.m. decided to take my family on a drive. Within about 40 Kms South-west of Chennai the check engine light came on! Yes, on the first few hours of driving the car. Called the service guys and they told me to drive the car to the service station slowly, which I did only to realise that they were closing for the day and can have a look at it only on the following Monday. After a long inspection, they found out the problem with a pressure converter and changed the part which solved the problem but the car still had some lag during acceleration compared to a friend who bought the same car a month after me. (The sales guy promised me some benefits on VW customer referral program but never delivered.)
The problems I have been facing on driving the first few months
1. All doors and hinges squeak even when they are closed.
2. A loud knocking noise in the front suspension even in the tiniest pot holes.
3. Music system never turns off at times even after removing the key from ignition key hole.
4. The disc brakes develop rust even when they are run every day.
31st – May – 2017
The car has done about 10,000 Kms on it and started developing a jitter in the first gear when it starts moving. I have seen this happening with manual cars that have done like 50-60k kms on them. After a brief inspection and 2 days later they informed me that the clutch needs to be replaced! (on a automatic car that has done just 10k kms on it!, Unbelivebale!). The fuel door also stopped locking and was opening even if the car was locked!
After about one week of chasing the service adviser over phone he finally organised for the parts to be couriered and now says it will take them 4 working days to replace the clutch! (I remember Toyota replaced the clutch plate for my friends Innova in 3 hours when it broke down in Bangalore and we didn’t have to cancel our plans)
I was supposed to drive down to Mangalore with my family on the 2nd June for a week and had to cancel all my plans since the car developed this problem.
What makes me angry is I have purchased Roadside assistance, Extended warranty and what not but they haven’t even bothered to offer a courtesy vehicle nor has anyone from Abra motors bothered to call and monitor if the problem is being handled. Looks like VW doesn’t care on the customer experience!
I am summarising the problems reported with dates below along with invoices, bills and details of the staffs attached along with this E-Mail and hope to receive some light on the poor customer support maintained by VW.

I am a Vento customer. Vehicle No. KL-23-D-5378.The vehicle is 2011 model. Well maintained. About one month back the car showed some complaint on its pulling power and failure of the power steering mechanism. The car was taken to the VW service centre at Kollam. After a series of tests and consultations they said that the main board is damaged and its replacement will cost about 1,30,000. The vehicle is only 6 years old and is a well maintained one. The vehicle is supposed to have a life of 15 years at the least, but the damage to one of its main component is surprising me. Even after repeated request your company is not ready to provide any reduction in the cost of spare part. This is a matter of disappointment to any customer.
So if you have any concern about your customers, please take steps to provide the spare parts like this at a subsidized rate. Hope you will move positively.

I am servicing my car on time every year once becoz I drive less, so in result I except no problems from car and I should feel happy of driving it. very recently I travelled from coimbatore to Madurai fortunately my car is not crossing 60Km of speed I got panic and I drive my car to Madurai service centre, they check the car and said you need to change fuel injector which would cost around 24K, then all of sudden I changed it and I came back. so my question is a customer who is well maintained the car by doing proper service also facing such kind of issue is really makes me bad on Volkswagen. In that case earlier my service with Ramani Volkswagen coimbatore didn’t done it property by not changing fuel filter etc.. so pls take an action on them and provide me a balanced solution for me as well.

Hi this is Gowarthan.I have an polo(TN-02-BC-9599) car which had taken on may1st 2015,from the first service i had complained that i have noise on engine and oil leakage problem, I gave service for two times as the same reason on Abra motors service (ambattur),i dont know what they checked atlast on 5th march suddenly my car had stooped near nilankarai ECR, I checked oil gage stick ,there is no oil in engine , dry,and i didnt get any oil indication symbol also,at emergency i filled 1ltr engine oil,and i towed my car from there to service centre,and i gave service on 6th march 2017 due to engine noise and there is no oil,they said we need time to check sir,after 15 days form the service centre i got call that turbo got damaged and we sent mail to volkswagen,they will reply in day,after that i will say what happened clearly they said,atlast in two days they called me and said that we got approval for warrenty in 15 days we will deliver the car they said, yesterday 6th april 2017,they informed that we checked agin after assembling all that parts and we checked there is a same noise and same problem,now they are saying that there is crack in crank shaft ,and warrenty will not cliam for that,they are saying,I want to know reason,why and i have still warrenty .they are saying that i should pay the cost for engine. check and get back me soon.
I need an warrenty to be claimed for this.
