I have register compliance 29th December unitil now no body visit. called customer service bt not received any satisfactory answer even thay are saying service will be chargeable . Pathetic service fruad company. Very disappointing.

My father (Mr. Arun Dewan) is one of your satisfied and loyal customer, however have recently come across a scenario, details mentioned below.
We had purchased a VU 43″ LED TV from Mumbai in August 2018, suddenly couple of days ago the TV had completely black and blue screen. After multiple calls not being answered and no action taken we got hold of VU engineer, he visited our house, inspected and realized that mother board is faulty.
Hence we would request you to please look into the concern, as we wouldn’t want any part to be replaced rather VU should take the ownership of replacing the same with a new piece (new television).

I am new to VU TV. I am surprised to see employees centricity they extended to me – a new customer. They sent me msg saying a technician will visit to install the TV. I cancelled everything and waited till late evening. When called back Flipkart and VU TV frustrated me further by cutting my calls in middle of conversation. Finally VU’s technician promised to visit by 9 PM and at 9 he refuses to come over. It is prevalent with all branded or non-branded organizations that they simply bother to sell stuff, after sales is merely a process written in books to acquire quality certificates. I doubt if Flipkart and VU has a silent understanding not to address any customer complaints.
i raised the service request for my vu 43″ led as there was some issue then technician came after long request from agra center and then he damaged the entire led and told us there is no mistek from their hand and you will have to pay for repair.
when i raised the complaint in vu care service by email then they told me you will have to pay 19500 for repair then i asked few question regarding visit issue then they are not responding on email even all vu’s department.
online led price is 18500 and they are asking for 19500 when technician damaged the full led.
Now, i have only one way to solve the issue that is consumer court and vu’s heads.

I purchased 55″ led smart tv , after 6 month I got problem in display and many times I complaint to customer care but always saying our service engineer will come with in 48hr but never attend my case after one month again I called the customer care and they set switch of the power after 5 minutes restart but some time it will come ok around half hour after that the same problem occur. the next dat of warranty they came and declared the display card panel has gone and the cost will be the 70 % of tv cost this already communicated the service engineer.
last one month there is no response from VU TV, now I REGISTRED A CASE AGAINST VU TV IN CONSUMER CORT GURGAON LAST WEEK. NOW I AM GOING TO MEET A PRESS CONFRENCE ALSO.
THERE IS NO QUOLITY IN THE TV AND SEVICE ALSO AND MANY PEOPLE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM.

I was going to purchase 43 Inch smart official android television of Vu but after watching such reviews I have changed my mind….if Vu people just can’t provide after sales service then that is not worth
I purchased a home theatre of philips 2.1 for just 3000 still on finding some defect in it engineer visited the site at my home and done the needful….this is how they serve..

The VU TV -Vu 140cm (55 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV 55 inch Tv Display got damaged on may 13 .The service engineer came on may 16 and promised me an replacement tv by may 30 since warranty is there.
I am calling the customer service team and the bangalore branch manager for the last 1 month. They are saying that there is no stock for the model.
Now they are offering the upgrade version for 6K. I have warranty and should have a replacement TV for free. They are making me to take the upgrade version for 6000. They are saying that I need to pay 6K and they will order for the upgrade version.They are continously saying that there is no stock for my model and can’t assure when my model will be available.
There forcing me to take the upgrade version. I need my replacement tv within 5 days. I don’t want any upgrade version. I need my current model replacement.
I will take this matter to the next level if don’t get any reply within 2 days.I will not recommend this brand to anyone.I will make you pay for what your people have done to me in this 1 month.I am eagerly waiting to see the world cup now.I will wait for the reply.

VU brand 55 inches TV that I had purchased has got damaged and till now nobody has replaced even after 3 months or not repair also done I call private mechanic he asked 9500 to repair after a big discussion he accepted to repair the TV at 7900 now TV is ready but no clarity on TV which was purchased at 65000 that is wasted now. please buy branded TV’s.
i purchased VU TV one years back in Octobe 2016, But the TV is not working now, I called Customer care number and book a service request for the same. Technician had come and charged me Rs. 450 and told me that he will book a service request for the change of display, but nobody had called me for the same till now and if i call no one given me satisfactory Reply.

I have purchased VU TV -Vu 140cm (55 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV having IMIE / Serial number 3TE55G17193201G3P480317.
Last week when I started the TV it was not working and LED was simply blinking on use of remote. I made that complain on Wednesday 16th may.
First one engineer came – opened the TV and requested for spare part.
Yesterday one engineer came along that spare part – Janak Kothiya @ 12:15 hrs. Once he opened the package – it was found that the delivered product was also defective.
At 17:30 hrs – Janak gave a call – saying that as the board is burnt – it does not come under warranty & I have to pay ₹ 5500 for the same.
I called customer care – and they consoled me that it is under warranty. On checking at your site – I found that it is under warranty till 14th October
I was given number of Branch (Ahmedabad) – 09512026045. There was a lady called Sakshi. She informed that her senior would give me a call.
No Call came yesterday.
Today morning again – I gave a call and Sakshi stressed that I have to pay the amount if I want my TV to be repaired.
Since last week I am just calling here and there – but no positive response.
It seems that as the customer gets frustrated – service engineer has benefit of encashing the amount and nullifying the warranty
i purchased VU TV two years back in October 2015, there 42″ HD TV, however its screen is blurred, don’t know whom to approach and how will it get fixed if anyone care about customer service then please reply and if you are just after selling and no after sales service then i will tell everyone not to buy this brand ever

my VU 26 inch tv gt spoilt on 1st(it was just not getting on)after repeated complaint your engineer Sri Kumar came on 7th and took 2 parts MICOM board and Power supply and said will replace it..afterwards he just dissaperead after various calls then he came and put some other old part to start the tv and said will replace my org part in 3 to 5 days(receipt no 1583 dt 11/10/2010) and till date he has not come or even bothered to call..
we contacted your manager Santosh 9322796083 and he said will replace the org part but still no revert
